Alberts sign writer/producer Jean Paul Fung
Posted on 8 Jul 2013
Alberts is extremely excited to announce the signing of highly regarded writer/producer/musician Jean Paul Fung.
In an exclusive agreement, Alberts will be representing Jean-Paul 'JP's songwriting for the world.
JP has performed in a number of bands and is proving to be one of the country’s most in-demand producers. At only 24 years of age, he’s already produced debut albums for Last Dinosaurs (In A Million Years), Glass Towers (Halycon Days) and worked with the likes of Birds of Tokyo, Jinja Safari, Art Vs Science and Little Red.
It all began for JP at the late Big Jesus Burger studios as an in-house engineer. During his three years there he had the opportunity to expand his production and writing approaches while working with some of the best from around the globe; such as Chris Coady, Richard Wilkinson, Eliot James, Eric J Dubowsky, Paul McKercher and Wayne Connolly.
"JP's pedigree as a producer speaks for itself. We look forward to working with him to develop his songwriting opportunities both locally and internationally." Michael Szumowski, Head of Development, Creative Services
Whether it’s developing a song, recording a live band to tape or spending months crafting a precise, pop masterpiece JP knows how to get the best results.
